GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – The Ottawa County Circuit Court has received a three-year, 920 thousand-dollar federal grant for its Adult Drug Treatment Court. The money from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration will enhance services available to “Drug Court” participants and provide advanced training to court personnel and regional treatment providers, including paying for two peer recovery coaches. This is one of 12 programs nationwide to receive this award.
