HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The conveying of heat recovery steam generators from the Verplank Dock off of Lake Macatawa to the Holland Energy Park site about two miles away continues in Holland through Wednesday. Public Safety officers will intermittently be blocking off the route that slow-moving machinery will be using to carry the 324-ton components from 10 AM through 5 PM. The Holland BPW purchased the generators from a South Korean company, and it took two months for them to be shipped here.
