CINCINNATI (WHTC) – Fifth Third Bankcorp notified customers who opened an account at its Pine Street branch in Hamilton that it will close that facility by November 10th. It is one of five among its 248 statewide that the Ohio-based financial institution will shutter this fall due to an increase in online and ATM banking. Affected customers are being told that they can do their in-person banking at one of 10 Fifth Third branches in the Holland/Zeeland area, along with one in Saugatuck and two in Allegan.
