HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – A 45-year-old Holland motorcyclist suffered serious injuries when a car collided with his machine on Holland’s North Side on Monday afternoon. Deputies say that a helmeted Damion Locke tried to veer to the right to avoid the vehicle that was coming off of the turnaround onto US-31 south of Greenly Street. He was taken to Holland Hospital for treatment. The car’s driver, 22-year-old Ashley Smith of Muskegon, wasn’t hurt, claiming that she did see the biker but mistimed her turn.
