SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) – The Saugatuck/Douglas Convention and Visitors Bureau gave no figures to back up its claim that a “record crowd” gathered at Wicks Park for the “Savor the Art Coast” craft beverage and artisan food festival this past Sunday. The rebranded “Taste of Saugatuck” event paired four craft breweries with five local chefs in competition, along with musical entertainment and activities. Profits from the festival helped benefit the Saugatuck Education Association and Saugatuck Scholarship Foundation.
