ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The biweekly Zeeland City Council meeting was pushed back to this evening due to the Labor Day holiday. The panel will hold a public hearing before deciding whether to approve the application by Scannell Properties to establish an Industrial Development District for nearly 23 acres of land off of Riley Street near 96th Avenue. The Indianapolis-based developer wants to build a 230 thousand square-foot facility that it would then lease to an unnamed manufacturing tenant.
