Indianapolis Developer Wants Building Site in Zeeland

ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The biweekly Zeeland City Council meeting was pushed back to this evening due to the Labor Day holiday. The panel will hold a public hearing before deciding whether to approve the application by Scannell Properties to establish an Industrial Development District for nearly 23 acres of land off of Riley Street near 96^th Avenue. The Indianapolis-based developer wants to build a 230 thousand square-foot facility that it would then lease to an unnamed manufacturing tenant.
