HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland Area League of Women Voters is holding a Fall Kick-Off Event next week Tuesday, Sept. 15.
This event will feature speakers Joshua and Sarah Hoffman from Eighth Day Farm, who will talk about The Hop Yard project and the “Backyard to Table” grassroots movement. League President Jan Dalman will also highlight some of the coming year’s events.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and ends at 8:30 pm at the Holland Area Arts Council. The League of Women Voters is a national non-partisan organization that promotes political responsibility and the active participation of citizens in government.
