HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – No one was hurt or home when a residential fire on the roof of a home at 1746 Waukazoo Drive shut down part of Ottawa Beach Road last night around 9 p.m.
When Park Township Fire Department arrived there was heavy fire on the roof and it had spread into the attic.
The owners were not home at the time of the fire, but Firefighters were able to rescue a dog in the house.
More investigators will be out to the home this morning to determine the cause.
The dog is staying with neighbors for the time being.
