New Spectrum-Zeeland Community Hospital Chief Named

ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – As Henry Veenstra’s 41-year career as President of Spectrum Health-Zeeland Community Hospital ends on September 30^th, his replacement has been named. Ron Lewis, a vice president and COO of the Community Health Network East Region in Indianapolis only since May, will head north to take over as ZCH’s operational leader on November 2^nd. He has a Michigan background with McLaren Health in Petoskey and Metro Health in Grand Rapids. Lewis will be involved with ZCH’s development plans, which include a build out of a 5,300-square-foot, third-floor specialty care clinic.
