ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – As Henry Veenstra’s 41-year career as President of Spectrum Health-Zeeland Community Hospital ends on September 30th, his replacement has been named. Ron Lewis, a vice president and COO of the Community Health Network East Region in Indianapolis only since May, will head north to take over as ZCH’s operational leader on November 2nd. He has a Michigan background with McLaren Health in Petoskey and Metro Health in Grand Rapids. Lewis will be involved with ZCH’s development plans, which include a build out of a 5,300-square-foot, third-floor specialty care clinic.
