HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland’s Community Action House has issued an alert for food donations for its two food pantries and the Holland Community Kitchen, where over seven thousand meals are served monthly. Officials say that their food warehouse is holding less food than it has in many years, and that stocks could run out within the next six weeks, ahead of their annual Holiday Donation Drives. Non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the Action House’s General Store on Michigan Avenue, the Macatawa Resource Center on 136th Avenue, or the Community Action House offices on 14th Street.
