CROCKERY TWP., MI (WHTC) – Autopsy and toxicology test results from an August 15th crash near Nunica that killed a 31-year-old Saginaw woman and a 13-year-old Wyoming boy indicated that the woman’s blood alcohol count was three times the legal limit. Deputies say that Kori Kozak’s car drifted over the center line on Apple Avenue near South Street and slammed head-on into a pickup. She and Nicolas Weber-Baldonado died at the scene, while Kozak’s 11-year-old daughter along with four persons in the pickup were all hospitalized.
