HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland Department of Public Safety Annual Charity Car Wash in this Saturday. Public safety and police and fire personnel will be on hand to wash your car for a donation.
All proceeds will be given to the Marissa Kronemeyer scholarship fund for Calvary Schools. At age 18, Kronemeyer was tragically killed in a car crash June 28 and her infectious personality and love for people is being supported by helping raising money to support a tuition assistance fund.
Donations can be made to the tuition assistance fund by visiting the car wash event between 11:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. this Saturday or you can drop off a donation at the Police or Fire station.
The event will be held at Holland Kollen Park Fire Station located at 279 Kollen Park Drive in Holland.
The Kronemeyer family will be present as well at the car wash according to HDPS.
