GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – An arraignment was pending for a 40-year-old northwest Indiana man on misdemeanor moving violation causing death count stemming from a fatal crash east of Hudsonville last month. Deputies say that Travis Fox was distracted and didn’t see stopped traffic on I-196 near the M-6 junction. His pickup truck rearended a car ahead of him, killing a 13-year-old Hudsonville boy who was a passenger, and sparking a five-vehicle pileup that hospitalized nine persons in all. Fox could get up to a year in prison if convicted.
