ROBINSON TWP., MI (WHTC) – A preview of the M-231 roadway that will span the Grand River near Nunica is tomorrow with a M-23.1K Run tomorrow morning. State transportation department officials say that about three hundred athletes will compete in the event that starts and finishes at Robinson Elementary School southeast of Grand Haven. After the race, which is expected to be around 11:45 AM, residents can walk or cycle their way along the new seven-mile stretch of highway through 1 PM. Ottawa County’s fourth crossing of the Grand River is expected to open next year.
