HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Tulip Time Festival Board has some changes for the upcoming year. Amanda Cooper, Director of Advancement at Zeeland Christian School, has been promoted from First Vice Chair to be the new Chairwoman, taking the gavel from Shelly Maciejewski. The Board also welcomed two new members in Jennifer Fellinger, Vice President for Public Affairs and Marketing at Hope College, and Matt Holmes, a downtown Holland retailer.
