HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – A two-vehicle crash on Holland’s North Side caused minor injuries to the drivers involved, but deputies are having a tough time determining who is at fault. That’s because 65-year-old Judith Hill of Holland and 20-year-old Iliana Garcia of Zeeland both claim that the traffic signal on River Avenue at 136th Avenue was green for them at the time of the early afternoon collision. Hill was southbound making a turn through that intersection when her vehicle was struck by the northbound vehicle of Garcia. Both women were treated for their ailments at Holland Hospital. Anyone who may have witnessed the 2;08 PM wreck is asked to contact the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department or Silent Observer.
