HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Thanksgiving is all about traditions like eating turkey, watching football, and just spending time in the company of friends and family in general. But why not start a new tradition this year? Three different Holland businesses are opening their doors for people to celebrate the holiday out of their comfort zones.
For instance, BAM! Entertainment Center just off of 16th Street in South Holland is holding a Thanksgiving event for both the whole family! They will have NFL games on their big screens all day long and all of their bowling lanes will be open! They also will have late night specials tonight from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. for the older crowd.
If you’re looking to have a more tame Thanksgiving, both the Alpen Rose and Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant will be holding Thanksgiving dinner buffets with some great food. Alpen Rose is holding their buffet until 6 p.m. and is located on East Eighth St. The buffet at Boatwerks last until 5 p.m. and is located on Van Raalte Ave.
