HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for Allegan and Ottawa counties through 6 AM tomorrow due to freezing rain expected through late this evening that could accumulate up to a half inch of ice, along with strong east winds gusting as high as 50 miles per hour. The National Weather Service office in Grand Rapids, along with the road commission offices in both counties, are advising motorists to stay off roadways through tomorrow morning to help facilitate deicing activities and cut down on possible emergency situations.
