WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) – Beginning on Friday, there will be a new member of the Ottawa County Parks and Recreation Commission. Kelly Rice brings over 25 years of environmental assessment and consulting experience, as she is currently a Senior Project Manager with GEI Consultants. The wildlife and wetland biologist specializes in assessments, mitigation design, protected species surveys and other responsibilities. Rice replaces Bobbi Jones Sabine, whose 12-year stint on the Board ended on December 21st, and her three-year term runs through the end of 2018.
