HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 70-year-old Holland woman and an 65-year-old Holland woman each suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a a two-vehicle crash Monday morning.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brad Bennett indicated deputies were called to the intersection of James Street and Beeline Road in Holland Township just before 11:15 a.m. Nov. 22, 2021.
Investigators learned the 70-year-old Holland woman had been driving south on Beeline Road, but failed to stop for the red light at James Street. Her car hit another vehicle that had been eastbound on James Street, with the 65-year-old Holland woman at the wheel.
Both women went via AMR Ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of what Bennett indicated were non-life-threatening injuries. Holland Township firefighters assisted at the scene.
