HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — South Haven area residents are under a boil-water advisory until further notice after a water-main break at Phoenix Street and Blue Star Highway.
This incident started late Thursday, and involves a 12-inch main that has since been repaired.
The boil water advisory remains in effect while the water system is flushed and water tested. Work crews found a six-foot-long crack in the main.
City works, with the aid of a private contractor, Compton Inc. of South Haven, made the repair.
