After a couple of weeks away, it’s back to hitting the pavement.
It was a northward turn today (Oct. 18, 2021), going across the Unity Bridge into (gasp!) Holland Township. However, the route was up one side and down the other, spotlighting Van Bragt Park that motorists heading into downtown Holland from the North Side drive past without a second thought.
Before we begin, a sign of the times:

What will Waterfront Holland do with this piece of vacant property?

“And now, the stars of the show!”

A symbol of how hard-working Hollanders are:

No barricade on the other side, but the walk under the bridge can’t come back just yet:

Step count: 4,500 … not great, but it’s better than nothing!
Here’s hoping the leaves will start changing colors soon!
Thanks!
