DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons opened the preseason with a 115-105 win over the San Antonio Spurs last night.
Jerami Grant led Detroit with 19 points.
Cade Cunningham, Killian Hayes, and Frank Jackson were all sidelined with ankle injuries.
The Pistons continue exhibition play against the Grizzlies in Memphis Monday.
