(Reuters) – Tropical Storm Mindy has formed in the northeast Gulf Of Mexico, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Wednesday.
Mindy is located about 90 miles (150 km) west-southwest of Apalachicola, Florida, packing maximum sustained winds of 40 miles per hour (65 km/h), the Miami-based weather forecaster said.
