Delores Schurman, age 88 of Holland, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2021, at home. Delores was born in Portage, MI September 26, 1932 to Charles and Elsie (Klaasen) Hendricks. She worked at Holland Furnace, Post Jewelers, and in housekeeping at Best Western for many years prior to retiring. Delores is survived by her husband of 70 years, Jack Schurman; 2 sons, James E. Schurman and John H. (Marla) Schurman; 2 grandchildren, Jonathan (Natalie) Schurman and Jeffrey (Emily Navarro) Schurman; great-grandchildren, Jorge Schurman, Bella Schurman, and Michael Schurman; brother Robert J. (Claudia) Hendricks; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. No services are planned at this time. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
