CLEVELAND, OH (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers open a ten-game road trip starting tonight against the Indians in Cleveland.
Detroit is in third place in the AL Central with a 3-and-3 record, two spots above the Indians who are 2-and-3 on the young season.
Julio Teheran gets the start for the Tigers tonight against Indians righty Zach Plesac. The opening pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. EDT.
Tigers pitching coach Chirs Fetter has returned to the team after going through COVID-19 protocol. He tested positive for the virus during spring training and was able to work remotely.
Fetter has been cleared to travel with the team on their ten-game road trip, which begins in Cleveland tonight.
