HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 30-year-old West Olive man died in a single-vehicle crash early Easter morning, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Nicholas Knott.
Deputies, dispatched at 3:28 a.m. Sunday, April 4, 2021, on the report of a crash on 112th Avenue, just north of Blair Street in Olive Township, found a 2004 Chevrolet in a culvert and the dead man. No one else was in the car.
Police investigators indicated it appeared he’d been driving south on 112th Avenue when the car left the road, hitting the culvert.
The crash remains under investigation.
Olive Township Fire Rescue and AMR Ambulance assisted at the scene.
