HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Marlon Johnson, 10-time Emmy award-winning filmmaker will join Holland’s Human Relations Commission (HRC) for a live Q&A set for 7 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, viz Zoom. Johnson is co-director of River City Drumbeat which is streaming through the end of the month, hosted by the HRC.
River City Drumbeat captures a transitional moment in history of decades-old River City Drumbeat corps in Louisville Kentucky. Its director, Edward “Nardie” White, as he prepares to retire after having devoted his life to leading the African-American drum corps. .
