HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Meteorologists from the National Weather Service’s Grand Rapids’ office have issued a winter-weather advisory, set to start at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2021.
The following counties will be affected: Allegan, Ottawa, Kent, Barry, Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton, Jackson, Ingham, Ionia, Kalamazoo, and Van Buren.
The snow is expected to continue through 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, with a total accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.
Drivers can expect slippery road conditions and a sloppy Tuesday morning commute. Weather forecasters suggest drivers plan on extra travel time, so they can slow down and leave extra space between vehicles.
