At Olivet, Brendan Cargill’s 16 points led the Flying Dutchmen over the Thunder, 72-65. In Angola, Anna Richards had 24 points as the visiting Flying Dutch prevailed over their hosts, 76-62. Both Hope teams will receive their National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III championship tournament assignments on Monday.
In state major-college basketball yesterday, Central Michigan 75, Buffalo 70, and Detroit Mercy 95, Oakland 89. This afternoon, Michigan State is at Indiana.
