HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 25, 2025) – Three retailers on Holland’s North Side suffered losses following a string of overnight burglaries on Saturday morning.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Michael Tamminga, an alarm shortly after 3 AM alerted deputies to a break in at Sweet Fire Tobacco off of Buttternut Drive. Soon afterward, separate alarms were triggers at Inline Vape off of West Shore Drive and the Pine Creek Mobile Mart off of Butternut Drive.
It was determined by detectives that the three burglaries were related, and that “thousands” of dollars of property were stolen, as well as damage also estimated in the “thousands of dollars.” There was no immediate disclosure or arrest of any suspects involved, and anyone with any information is asked to contact the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office or Ottawa County Silent Observer (877-887-4536).
