HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 7, 2025) – Expansion at West Michigan Regional Airport begins in earnest on Monday.
Developing a north taxi lane should take about two months to complete, according to the airport’s recently installed manager Matt Neyens, which would hopefully lead to more planes calling the Holland-based general aviation facility home.
State and federal grants are paying the lion’s share of the nearly $3 million price tag, and Neyens is hopeful that hangars will be sprouting up next spring.
