She was preceded in death by her first husband Bernard “Bob” Pleiter; and her second husband Irwin “Irv” Grysen; sisters Angeline Swierenga, Pearl Beukinga, and Sandra Binnendyke.
Bea was a loving mother to her two daughters Beth (Rick) Klompmaker, and Barb (Jim) Newhof; a devoted grandmother of 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Bea was an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. Her faith and family were priorities. She found joy in tending to her flower garden, was a member of the garden club for many years, and treasured the time she spent with family and friends.
Funeral services to celebrate Bea’s life will be 12:30pm Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Covenant Church, 1015 E. 32nd St., Holland. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:30am to 12:15pm at the church prior to the service on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
