PARK TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jul. 10, 2025) – It may have been six weeks since America paused to remember those who gave their lives for this country in military service, but honoring them is something that continues all year long.
Such is the case with the American Veterans Traveling Tribute‘s Traveling Vietnam Wall and Cost of Freedom Tribute, which comes to the Yacht Basin Marina (1866 Ottawa Beach Rd.) on Holland’s North Side this weekend. The Texas-based non-profit group has this six-foot-tall, 89-foot-long exhibit to give visitors a chance to pay their respects, as well as gaining a deeper appreciation for all who have chosen to serve. The wall also honors those who were involved in other major conflicts over the past 100-plus years.
An opening ceremony is at 9 AM on Friday, with the exhibit fully open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and on Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
