SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jun. 9, 2025) – Now that the school year is over, Saugatuck junior and senior high school students will have a new principal at the helm when they return to the classroom in August.
The district announced through a produced video last week that Brad Lundvick will take over the operational helm of the school off of Elizabeth Street. He comes from Grand Rapids, where he spent 14 years, most recently as the principal at the CA Frost Environmental Science Middle-High School, and has past experience as a staffer in Jenison and Grandville schools.
Lundvick replaces Melanie Moorer, who had retired last year as a teacher in Saugatuck schools before stepping in to complete the school year as the interim principal when Mark Neidlinger was named as the district’s superintendent in January.
