OpenAI to appeal New York Times suit demand asking to not delete any user chats

(Reuters) – OpenAI said on Thursday that it is appealing The New York Times’ lawsuit demanding that the ChatGPT-maker retain consumer ChatGPT and API customer data indefinitely.
