ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 20, 2025) – While the impact of last Thursday’s storms may have diverted some of the attention of the Allegan County Community Foundation into relief efforts, it’s oldest ongoing food collection initiative continues.
There are 11 days left in the annual Cereal Drive, with the goal of exceeding last year’s totals of collection over 45 hundred boxes of cereal, and $4,400 in funds to purchase more. Vicki Knuckles of the Foundation says that the need to help those facing food insecurity is great.
