SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 13, 2025) – A new leader has emerged at the Michigan Maritime Museum.
On Monday, the board of trustees for the South Haven-based non-profit announced that Bailey Sisoy-Moore will become the new executive director, effective on June 10th. She moves east from southeast Michigan, where she owned Detroit History Tours, as well as the Detroit History Club.
She replaces Patti Montgomery Reinert, who is stepping down on September 30th after sixteen years at the operational helm. The appointment of Sisoy-Moore culminated a lengthy, nationwide search.
The Michigan Maritime Museum opens its season on May 23rd.
