HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 7, 2025) – The second half of the 10-day, 96th annual Tulip Time Festival is on this Wednesday.
The schedule begins at 8 AM with the Tulip Immersion Garden at Beechwood Church (895 Ottawa Beach Rd.). Historic Walking Tours from Window on the Waterfront Park (71 East 6th St.) begins a half hour later. At 10 AM, the De Familiedans-Story Time is at Centennial Park (Central Avenue at West 10th St.), the Quilt Show is in the Midtown Center (96 West 15th St.), and the Art in Bloem Fine Art Exhibit is in the Holland Area Arts Council building (150 East 8th St.). A Wooden Shoe Painting Class is at 11 AM inside of Warehouse 6 (136 E. 6th St.), while a Dutch Lunch & Dance Performance is in Evergreen Commons (480 State St.) from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.
Afternoon activities start at 1 PM with the movie “From Wilderness to World Class” at the Knickerbocker Theatre (86 East 8th St.). Dutch Dancing is in Centennial Park from 4-5 PM and 6-7 PM, and the Skerbeck Carnival opens in the parking lot of the Heeringa Holland Civic Center Place (150 West 8th St.) at 4 PM.
This evening at 7 PM, a Photo Walk is at Windmill Island Gardens (1 Lincoln Ave.), the play “Every Little Crook and Nanny” is at the Holland Community Theatre (50 West 9th St.), and the group “Forever Motown” performs at Central Wesleyan Church (446 West 40th St.).
