HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 3, 2025) – It’s day two of the 2026 Tulip Time Festival this Saturday.
With Holland’s annual signature event now beginning on the first Friday in May, the 8 AM Tulip Time Run at Kollen Park (240 Kollen Park Drive) kicks off the second day of activities and attractions instead of the entire festival itself. Other morning events include the Tulip Immersion Garden at Beechwood Church (895 Ottawa Beach Road), the Historic Walking Tour that begins at Window on the Waterfront Park (71 East 6th Street), De Familiedans in Centennial Park (Central Avenue at West 10th Street), the Quilt Show at the Midtown Center (96 West 15th Street), the Art in Bloem Fine Art Exhibit in the Holland Area Arts Council building (150 East 8th Street), the Artisan Market at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds (1286 Ottawa Beach Rd), and the Skerbeck Carnival in the parking lot of the Heeringa Holland Civic Center Place (150 West 8th Street). A Dutch Lunch & Dance Performance is in Evergreen Commons (480 State Street) from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.
Dutch Dancing is in Centennial Park from 4-5 PM, as well as from 6:30-7:30 PM; performances of the play “Every Little Crook and Nanny” begin at the Holland Community Theatre (50 West 9th Street) at 7 PM; and the Fleetwood Mac tribute band Second Hand News performs at the Herringa Holland Civic Center Place at 7 PM.
