HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 23, 2025) – The Holland City Council will be looking ahead on Wednesday evening.
During the biweekly study session, the Tulip City’s governing panel will be seeing a presentation on the upcoming Holland Ambassador Academy. The 10-week-long program that shows citizens how municipal government works, along with giving insights into operations of city services and programs, began last fall to rave reviews by both participants and city staffers.
In addition, Council is slated to discuss the under-construction Ice Park at Window on the Waterfront, and the possibilities of having a liquor license for activities there. The outdoor skating ribbon is slated for a November opening.
The public is welcome to observe the 6 PM Holland City Council Study Session proceedings in the second floor training room of Holland City Hall (270 S. River Ave.).
