HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 14, 2025) – Now that a ruptured natural gas transmission line near Fennville has been repaired, and around 5,200 Michigan Gas Utilities customers have their heat back on, what led to the break has yet to be disclosed.
When it does, that’s when the barristers get to work with both hands. Ken Puzycki doesn’t specifically deal with such issues, but the attorney from Holland’s North Side knows what’s coming.
This could lead to plaintiffs banding together.
Michigan Gas Utilities and pipeline contractor TC Energy say that a “third party” caused the break last Wednesday, but did not initially go into the circumstances that led to the incident.
