On Wednesday, the agency that helps build trust between business and consumers announced that the separate chapters in Detroit and Grand Rapids will merge to become the Better Business Bureau of Michigan. According to its President and CEO Lisa Frohnapfel, the BBB will continue its physical presence at both locations to serve all but three far southeast counties in this state.
Audio PlayerMonroe, Hillsdale and Lenawee counties will continue to be covered by the BBBโs Toledo office.
