POLKTON TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 29, 2025) – A 43-year-old Grand Rapids man lost his life following a single-vehicle crash west of Coopersville overnight on Saturday.
No name was immediately given by Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Chad Coulson following the 1 AM crash on I-96 near the 15 mile marker. Deputies believe that a black luxury SUV went off of the roadway and rolled over several times, with the lone driver being thrown from the vehicle. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
