HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 26, 2025) – Could the Gateway Spoon become a Phoenix, rising from the ashes of its closure earlier this month?
Gateway Mission officials had pressed the “pause” button on the eatery off of East 24th Street and US-31 for a variety of reasons, ending a nearly 18-month operational relationship with Creative Dining Services, which included training culinary arts students in the Mission’s program.
Since the doors were closed 10 days ago, according to Mission Community Relations Specialist Jason Parks, several entities have inquired about the property.
