ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Mar. 17, 2025) – “Your opinion matters!”
That line is used by many commercial, civic and non-profit entities to entice participation in surveys and canvasses.
The Allegan County Community Survey is asking residents in general through an online link, and certain residents in particular in a mailer, to answer questions about the quality of life in the county. The results will be used by the county, as well as various non-profits, to spot areas of growth, as well as issues that need addressing.
The questions posed in a standardized “National Community Survey” by retained pollster Polco have been modified to reflect local conditions, according to County Administrator Rob Sarro.
The online survey, which should take about 20 minutes to complete, is available through Tuesday from this link.
