HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 20, 2025) – A Lakeshore community decides on Thursday evening on what streets will get resurfaced this year.
Holland Township trustees are being asked to approve a $419,000-plus expenditure to the Ottawa County Road Commission for resurfacing nine subdivision street segments, along with roadside mowing and trimming, as well as dust control. Alex Doty of the Road Commission says that projects such as these, as well as determining which gravel roads will be paved over, are determined more by what local governments are willing to pay for than anything else.
The Holland Township Board’s 7 PM meeting is at the township offices off of 120th Avenue.
