Hope swept a pair of basketball games at Kalamazoo last night. In the women’s opener, Maddie Petroejle’s 15 points led the Flying Dutch to a 97-43 triumph. In the men’s nightcap, the one-two punch of Parker Hovey (20 points, 9 rebounds) and Gabe Quillan (18 points, 10 rebounds) paced the Flying Dutchmen past the Hornets, 81-71. On Saturday, while the women are at Alma, the men host Adrian at DeVos Fieldhouse in Holland, with broadcast time at 2:30 PM on The Lakeshore’s 92 7 The Van.
Grand Valley State’s teams are in Caledonia to battle Davenport this evening.
