William “Will” F. Hutta, age 74, of Hamilton passed away Monday, December 2, 2024, at his home.
Will was a truck driver for 37 years retiring from USF Holland after 27 years of service. He enjoyed restoring vintage cars, riding motorcycle with his wife Margaret, traveling the southwest including New Mexico and Texas. Will would often fish, hunt and spend time in the Upper Peninsula camping. He has been a Detroit Lions for a long, long time.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Jean (Kielbus) Hutta, sister Virginia Kooyers, brother Joseph Hutta II, parents-in-law Harry and Phyllis Graham, and brother-in-law Peter Graham.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years Margaret and children: Jessica (Thomas) Switek of Kentwood and Will Hutta Jr. of Allegan; grandchildren: Noah and Naomi Switek; brothers and sisters: Beverly (Jerry) Molengraff of Holland, John Hutta of Holland, Mike (Kerry) Hutta of Hamilton, Dave (Sally) Hutta of Hamilton, Mary Redder of Holland, and Rose (Mark) Bishop of Trumann, AR; brother-in-laws: Larry (Bobbi) Graham of Grant, MI and Bill Kooyers of Zeeland; sister-in-law: Jane Hutta of Holland; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, December 6, 2024, at Dykstra Funeral Homes – Mulder Chapel, 188 W. 32nd Street in Holland. Rev. Rose Bishop will be officiating. Burial will be in Riverside – Hamilton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 – 12:45 pm prior to the service at the chapel. Memorial contributions may be given to the Hospice of Holland.
