HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 29, 2024) – For the first time in nearly five years, a major campaign rally was held in Holland.
The Junior US Senator from Ohio, JD Vance, spent nearly 45 minutes discussing the campaign and the difference between the GOP ticket of Donald Trump and him – and the Democratic ticket of Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
Polls show Michigan at a statistical dead heat as the final week of the campaign is underway.
About a thousand people filled HES Equipment on Holland’s South Side to hear the remarks of the Vice Presidential hopeful. The last time Holland had hosted a presidential rally was in December of 2019, when Vice President Mike Pence spoke at the former Holland Bowling Center site off of Central Avenue and East 9th Street.
